Every girl loves a good twirl with in tulle! When I first received this tulle skirt in the mail I debated styling it with a blouse, a sweater, the options are endless! Instead, I opted for a sleek black peplum tank for an all black ensemble. Add in a couple black accessories, and bam – it’s like a cuter {possibly a bit more light hearted} version of Black Swan.
